Attempts to jump and enjoy the game in any way may fail if there are technical problems in our game. This mainly applies to the mobile version, where the game may behave differently depending on the device. Below we present the most famous technical problems and how to deal with them.
- Input lags – delays or lack of game response to our gestures. Try turning off the Internet connection and closing other running applications, or restart the phone. It may also be necessary (especially on older/weaker devices) to disable some apps running in the background (either by forcing stop in settings or, more effectively, revoking permission to run in the background).
- Gyroscope problems – may cause difficulties in maintaining position in flight and involuntary movements of the jumper. Try calibrating the gyroscope in settings (search "how to calibrate gyroscope" + phone brand in Google). Updating the system may also help, although users have also reported that it was after the update that the problems began. If the gyroscope is factory damaged, the mentioned methods will not help.
- Ghost touches – involuntary, alleged touches of the screen. They may occur when playing for a long time (perhaps due to the device heating up), low battery level, a large number of applications running in the background, as well as a dirty screen or too long fingernails.
