Today - at 8:00 PM the next, fourth edition of our main and most prestigious DSJ2 Mobile competition series starts - Mobile World Cup 2024/2025! Like every year, for about 4 months we will compete on a dozen or so facilities for the title of freestyle champion. The big countdown to the start has already started in the tournament section, and the first competition facility will be revealed traditionally through a draw just before the start.
This time, as a result of the forum's "brainstorming", we decided to significantly diversify the game. In addition to the standard tournament played in the sequence small hill-medium hill-mammoth, it is also planned to hold several special tournaments with a different formula, such as: Polish Championships, Four Hills Tournament, World Ski Flying Championships or the long-awaited team tournaments. Points for places won in special tournaments will be counted towards the general classification of the Mobile World Cup.
The winner of the last edition, and thus the defending champion, is Jakub Bastek @jcoob, who has triumphed in all previous editions of the cup. Will he be able to defend the title for the third time? Will anyone attempt to break Jakub's hegemony? The competitors trained diligently in the autumn "cucumber season", improving their form for the season and even breaking unofficial world records in the process.
