This Sunday, June 30 at 8:00 p.m. we will start our annual, official summer tournament - Summer Grand Prix 2024! โ๏ธ Just like last year, for 8 weeks on 8 hills we will compete for the title of the classic style champion, so without the possibility of using the gibbon technique. The first competition will take place on the medium hill, but the specific facility will be known by drawing just before the start.
Last year's edition was won by Dawid Glinka, ahead of Dariusz Klimek by 40 points and Jakub Bastek by 50 points. Will he be able to defend the title this time against the "king of the classics" @Darek and @jcoob, who is hot on his heels in the rankings? Or maybe someone else will join the fight? After all, we have no shortage of talented "classicists". We invite you to follow the event and actively participate, as always, in the tournament section!
What are we playing for?
Just like last year, for the title of the "classic" champion! Both the winner and the remaining podium places will receive special achievements in their profiles. Everyone who takes part in all competitions of the tournament will receive a Solid Jumper badge. The planned implementation date of the achievements functionality is September this year, just after the end of the SGP.
