After two months of struggle and 8 competitions, we finished the second edition of the DSJ2.PL Summer Grand Prix in the mobile version of Deluxe Ski Jump 2. This time we introduced one new but important rule, namely, competition jumps could only be performed in the classic style, i.e. it was forbidden using a technique called gibbon.
The LGP series was won by Dawid Glinka (@Dawid), who won 3 competitions and scored 640 points in the total classification. Second place went to Dariusz Klimek @Darek, who also has three triumphs, but in the total classification he collected 40 points less than Dawid. The lowest step on the podium was taken by Jakub Bastek (@jcoob), with two individual victories and 590 points in the general classification. The next places were taken by: @konradpindur, @dawidmeus, @piotr, @abramelin, @kuhmeel, @kris, @pawciol87, @domin. In 6 out of 8 competitions, unofficial world records in classic style (UWRC) were broken, only the record results of @dawidmeus on ๐ซ๐ทFRA and @Dawid on ๐ธ๐ฎSLO were defended.
We would like to thank all participants of the series for 8 weeks of sports emotions and congratulations on each successful jump. We are taking a break from tournaments for about 3 months, and at the turn of November and December we will start the third edition of the winter World Cup series. It is not impossible that the formula "Summer - classic style, winter - freestyle" will remain with us for a longer time, as this solution seems to be gaining the players' approval. In the meantime, we invite you to improve your fitness throughout the end of summer and autumn, and, as always, share your achievements by adding replays on dsj2.pl!
